従業員のための環境づくり（トイレ、更衣室、食堂も含めたワークスペース）が重要であり、デザインを有効に活用して計画を進めている。
とりわけ女性の従業員を意識した色の組合せにも気を配った内外装のデザインとした。
外壁は本社社屋にも用いたイマエブルーとし、それを引き立たせる部材（屋根、建具、庇、樋）をシルバーで統一した。
